About Mr. Day
David was born and raised in Murray, Utah. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 1964 with a B.S. in Political Science and later earned his law degree from the University of Utah in 1967. He has had an active and varied practice since then, and currently concentrates in the areas of real estate, corporations and business services (including securities), probate and estate planning, and contracts.
David has brokered countless real estate transactions, has successfully negotiated numerous contracts and business deals, and has helped set up many estate plans. He has also worked as a personal injury attorney and has helped many clients obtain a fair and appropriate settlement of their personal injury claims.
David is a member of the Wyoming State Bar and a former member of the Utah State Bar. He currently divides his time between our Murray office and an office in Star Valley, Wyoming. He has appeared before all state and federal courts in Utah, as well as before various administrative agencies. He has also served on the Draper Town Board and was elected to the first Draper City Council.
