Mr. Day retired from active practice in July, 2018. We appreciate the integrity and wisdom with which he guided the firm for over 40 years.
David was born and raised in Murray, Utah. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 1964 with a B.S. in Political Science and later earned his law degree from the University of Utah in 1967. He had an active and varied practice until July, 2018 when he retired to more fully enjoy life with his wife Susan and expanding family. At that time he concentrated his practice in the areas of real estate, corporations and business services (including securities), probate and estate planning, and contracts.
David brokered countless real estate transactions, successfully negotiated numerous contracts and business deals, and helped set up many estate plans. He also worked as a personal injury attorney and helped many clients obtain a fair and appropriate settlement of their personal injury claims.
David is a member of the Wyoming State Bar and a former member of the Utah State Bar. He has appeared before all state and federal courts in Utah, as well as before various administrative agencies. He has also served on the Draper Town Board and was elected to the first Draper City Council.
