Tonya Whipple specializes in family law and Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, but is knowledgeable in many areas, including estate planning, wills, workers’ compensation, and Social Security disability. Armed with keen legal acumen, outstanding communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a warm personal demeanor, she is uniquely positioned to work on your behalf.

She is a graduate of the Creighton University School of Law, where she ranked in the top fifteen percent of her class, wrote for the International Comparative Law Journal, tutored in Constitutional Law, and served as the president of the J. Rueben Clark Law Society. As part of her degree, she worked as a legal extern in Washington D.C. for Senator Deb Fischer. She also studied International Criminal Law in Germany and the Netherlands.

Prior to completing her Juris Doctorate, Tonya earned a bachelor’s degree in marriage, family, and human development from Brigham Young University, where she studied the intersection of families and the law, the mechanisms of family relationships, and various therapy models.

A native of southern Nevada, Tonya enjoys time with family and friends, films, sports, and traveling.
